Foodpanda APK is the official Android customer app for ordering meals, groceries and other supported deliveries in Pakistan. Its package name is com.global.foodpanda.android. Riders need a separate app, and restaurants use another partner app, so check the package before installing anything.
APKWala does not host a modified copy. A file promising free orders, unlimited vouchers, a fake refund or automatic rider approval cannot alter Foodpanda’s account records. It may expose your login, address or payment information.

We checked the official listings and Foodpanda Pakistan pages on August 26, 2026. Google Play may supply different builds by device and region. Its public customer page did not expose one universal version number in our checked view, so this page does not present a mirror’s number as an official release.
Which Foodpanda app should you download?
Foodpanda has three Android apps that appear in related searches. They are not interchangeable.

The customer app cannot register a rider or manage a restaurant. The rider app does not let customers place an order. The restaurant partner app expects credentials issued through Foodpanda’s merchant onboarding process.
APK repositories often place these apps close together because their names and icons are similar. Verify the full package rather than relying on the word “partner” or “rider” in a filename.
How to download Foodpanda APK safely
Google Play is the preferred installation route. It checks device compatibility, delivers the correct app bundle and handles later updates. On the listing, confirm the customer package com.global.foodpanda.android and the Foodpanda GmbH publisher name.
Do not install files labelled “Foodpanda Mod APK,” “unlimited voucher,” “free pandapro” or “refund hack.” Vouchers, subscription status, orders and refunds are checked on Foodpanda’s servers. Changing an Android file cannot create a valid entitlement.

Foodpanda APK latest version and update
The Urdu Pakistan Play view showed the customer app updated on August 11, 2026. The global listing describes UI, stability and technology updates without showing one version number to every visitor. The rider app showed an August 9, 2026 update, while the restaurant partner listing showed June 28, 2026.
Check your installed version under Settings > Apps > foodpanda > App details. Then open Google Play and look for an Update button. Do the same inside the rider or partner listing if you use those products.
Foodpanda APK updates can affect sign-in, checkout, map tracking and payment screens. If a feature changes after an update, clear the app cache and restart the phone before looking for an old build.
How to register and log in as a customer
Use a mobile number and email address you control. Keep the registered SIM active because an order rider may need to call when approaching the delivery point.
- Open the official customer app.
- Choose the available sign-in or registration method.
- Enter the requested number or email accurately.
- Complete the code or account verification shown on screen.
- Add a delivery address and place the map pin at the correct entrance.
- Review the restaurant, items, charges, payment method and delivery estimate before ordering.
Never send a login code to a rider, restaurant employee, voucher seller or person claiming to fix the account. A rider needs the order details shown through Foodpanda, not access to your customer profile.

Foodpanda login or OTP problem
An old code, blocked SMS, wrong device time or weak connection can stop verification. Try these steps in order:
- Confirm the SIM can receive normal calls and messages.
- Set Android date and time to automatic.
- Update Foodpanda through Google Play.
- Turn off VPN, Private DNS and cloned-app tools for one test.
- Switch between trusted Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Request one new code and ignore older messages.
- Clear cache, restart the app and try again.
Clearing app storage signs you out and removes local settings. Use it only if you still control the registered number or email. A server-side restriction cannot be fixed by installing an old APK.
Foodpanda order not showing or tracking stuck
First check the order history. A checkout screen can fail before the order is accepted, while a payment notification may arrive separately. Do not place the same order again until you know whether an order ID exists.
If an active order stops updating:
- Keep mobile data or Wi-Fi on.
- Allow Foodpanda to use location where the order flow needs it.
- Refresh the order page once, then reopen the app.
- Check in-app messages and missed calls from the rider or restaurant.
- Use the Help Centre route attached to that order.
- Save the order ID, time, amount and screenshots.
Live tracking is an estimate based on order and location data. A frozen map does not prove that the rider has stopped. Use the order-specific support path when the delivery passes the stated window or the status conflicts with what the restaurant or rider tells you.

Payment deducted but order failed
Keep the bank, card or wallet notification and compare it with the Foodpanda order history. A pending authorization, completed payment and refunded payment are different states. Your bank or wallet can identify the transaction status; Foodpanda can identify whether it belongs to a valid order.
Record these details before contacting support:
- Order ID, if one was created
- Charged amount and time
- Payment method
- Transaction reference
- App error or cancellation reason
- Screenshot with card numbers, PINs and OTPs hidden
Do not accept a rider’s instruction to type a cancellation message unless you understand how the app labels the cancellation and refund. Use the official in-app support record for disputes. APKWala cannot reverse a charge, issue a voucher or inspect the payment account.

Foodpanda rider app registration and login
The official rider app uses com.logistics.rider.foodpanda and is published by Delivery Hero SE. It covers deliveries, work sessions, earnings and rider account functions. It is separate from Foodpanda APK for customers, and availability or benefits can differ by market.
Foodpanda Pakistan’s Rider Hub app and account page says riders can download the app through the Android or iOS store. A rider who forgets the password can use the login page’s reset option with the registered SIM to receive an OTP. The same page says bank details and mobile-number changes can be requested by creating a ticket inside the rider app.
If rider login fails, check that you installed the rider package rather than the customer app. Keep the registered SIM in the phone, use the password-reset route once and avoid paying an unofficial agent to “unblock” an account. Account approval, batch status, earnings and suspension decisions belong to Foodpanda.

Foodpanda vendor and restaurant partner app
Restaurants and shops use the foodpanda partner app with package com.deliveryhero.pandaportal. It manages live orders, reports, discounts, campaigns, opening hours and menu availability. The app is for approved partners, not customer account registration.
New businesses should begin at Foodpanda Pakistan’s official restaurant registration portal. The portal lists owner ID, menu, bank-account proof, onboarding payment slip, storefront photo and a sales-tax certificate where applicable. It also says the shop normally needs a fixed location and regular operating hours, while HomeChef and cloud-kitchen applicants can register with the required documents.
After verification, Foodpanda sends portal credentials by email. Receiving credentials does not mean the store is already live. The merchant must complete required setup such as menus, photos, opening hours and activation. Do not download a modified partner app to bypass onboarding.
Restaurant app login problem
Confirm that you are using the email and credentials issued for the approved business. Check spam folders for onboarding mail, update the partner app, and reset access only through official partner support. A customer Foodpanda login will not work in the restaurant app.
Foodpanda APK not working on Android
If the app freezes, closes or displays a blank page:
- Restart the phone.
- Free storage space.
- Update Chrome, Android System WebView and Google Play services.
- Clear the Foodpanda cache.
- Remove battery and background-data restrictions while testing.
- Disable overlays, cloned apps and VPN for one attempt.
- Reinstall only from the verified Play listing.
Save the exact error, Android version, phone model and time if the problem continues. Reviews help identify common symptoms such as delayed tracking or difficulty reaching support, but one review cannot establish the cause of another account’s problem.
Foodpanda old version risks
APK archives rank for old versions because users want compatibility or a familiar layout. The trade-off is serious for an app that handles live orders, locations, addresses and payments. An old Foodpanda APK may install but fail at login, checkout, maps or current server checks.
Avoid downgrading when Google Play supports the phone, the old file has an unknown signature, or the app asks for an update before checkout. A downgrade can also require uninstalling the current app, which removes local data and can create account confusion.

Review saved addresses and payment methods regularly. Remove an old address before a rushed checkout, and check the map pin rather than relying only on typed text. Do not post an order ID together with your full phone number or address in a public review.
Foodpanda’s policy says riders and vendors receive data needed to fulfil an order. Report contact outside that purpose through an official channel. For immediate threats, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for an app-support reply.
