We checked the official listings and Bykea website on August 21, 2026. Google Play can show different builds to different devices, and the public customer listing did not expose one universal version number in our checked view. For that reason, this page does not copy a version number from an APK mirror.
How to download Bykea APK safely
Open the official Play listing and check the publisher before tapping Install. The customer app should show Bykea Technologies B.V. and package com.bykea.pk. The Play page lists more than 10 million downloads, which also helps distinguish it from copies using a similar icon.
Use the customer app if you want to:
- Book a bike, car or rickshaw
- Send a parcel within a supported city
- Arrange cash on delivery for an eligible shipment
- Use a listed shopping or rental service
Use the Partner app if you want to register a bike, rickshaw or car and accept work. Its official Google Play listing uses package com.bykea.pk.partner. Installing the customer app will not show the driver registration form.
Avoid pages that combine both apps under one download button. Package names matter here. Also avoid “Bykea Mod APK,” “free ride hack,” “wallet hack” and unofficial WhatsApp registration offers. Bykea verifies customer and Partner activity on its own systems, so a modified file cannot approve an account or create a genuine balance.

Bykea APK latest version and update check
The official customer listing showed an update on July 28, 2026 with minor bug fixes. The Partner listing showed an update on August 3, 2026 when checked. Those dates can change, and the two apps do not share the same release history.
To check the version installed on your phone:
- Open Android Settings.
- Go to Apps > Bykea.
- Open App details or scroll to the version field.
- Compare the package with the official Play listing.
- Use Google Play to install any available update.
Do not treat a mirror’s filename as official proof of the latest build. A mirror may index a release before or after Google Play makes it available to your device. APKWala records the verified update date and package identity instead of guessing a universal version.
How to register and book a Bykea ride
Keep an active Pakistani mobile number in the phone. The screens may change after an update, but the normal customer flow is:
- Open the official customer app.
- Enter the requested mobile number.
- Complete the verification shown on screen.
- Allow location access while using the booking features.
- Choose the available ride or delivery service.
- Confirm the pickup point and destination on the map.
- Review the displayed fare or booking terms before confirming.
- Check the assigned Partner details before starting the ride or handing over a parcel.
Set the map pin carefully. A typed address and the pin can point to different entrances, service roads or opposite sides of a main road. Send extra directions through the in-app communication option when the pickup is difficult to find.
Never share a login code with someone claiming they need it to accept your booking. The driver needs the booking details shown in their Partner app, not access to your customer account.

Bykea Partner registration for riders and drivers
Partner registration belongs in the Bykea Partner app, not the customer Bykea APK. Bykea’s official Partner page says applicants register and verify a mobile number, then provide a CNIC, driving licence, photograph and vehicle registration documents for activation. The Play listing also mentions training before accepting rides.
Use clear, current documents. Photograph each document in good light, keep every corner visible and avoid glare across the number or expiry date. The mobile number entered during registration should remain active because support may use it to identify the account.
Submitting the form does not guarantee approval or a fixed income. Document review, training, city coverage, vehicle eligibility and account checks can affect activation. APKWala cannot approve a Partner profile, speed up verification or see why an application is pending.
Partner registration not completing
If the form returns to the same screen or an upload fails:
- Confirm that you installed
com.bykea.pk.partner. - Update the app through Google Play.
- Allow camera, photo and location permissions needed for the step.
- Retake blurred or cropped document images.
- Check that CNIC, licence and vehicle information match the form.
- Switch between mobile data and reliable Wi-Fi.

Bykea APK login or OTP problem
An OTP can fail when the SIM has no service, the phone time is wrong, an older code is entered or repeated requests create a delay. Try this order:
- Confirm that the registered SIM can receive SMS and calls.
- Set Android date and time to automatic.
- Turn off VPN, Private DNS and cloned-app tools for one attempt.
- Use Telenor, Jazz, Zong or other mobile data once if Wi-Fi is unstable.
- Request one fresh code and enter only the newest message.
- Restart the app if the verification screen has expired.
Clearing the app cache is usually less disruptive than clearing storage. Clearing storage signs you out and removes local settings, so do it only when you can receive a new verification code.

Bykea app not working or showing no rides
A blank map, endless loading screen or missing services in Bykea APK can come from location permissions, weak data, stale app files or temporary service availability. A service may also be unavailable in the selected area even when the app itself opens normally.
Work through these checks:
- Update Bykea, Google Maps, Android System WebView and Google Play services.
- Turn on precise location for the booking attempt.

Bykea wallet, COD and payment problems
The customer Play listing says cash can be used after a booking and refers to an in-app wallet. It also describes COD delivery, where collected delivery money is deposited to the relevant Bykea wallet and withdrawal options may be available. The exact options shown depend on the service and account.
If money or wallet credit is missing, do not repeat the same top-up or withdrawal immediately. Record:
- Booking or delivery ID
- Amount and transaction time
- Sender or receiver details shown in the booking
- Payment reference or confirmation message
- Wallet balance before and after the event
- Screenshot of the error without exposing a PIN or OTP
Partner reviews on Google Play mention cancellation charges, wallet deductions and cash-out complaints. Reviews show what people are searching for, but they do not prove that every deduction is incorrect. Support needs the booking ID and registered number to check the account record.

- Share trip details with a trusted person when appropriate.
- Keep communication and booking changes inside the app where possible.
- Do not accept a request to cancel and continue as an unrecorded ride.
- Use the in-app report or official support route when details do not match.
For a parcel or COD order, photograph the packed item, write down the booking ID and agree on the collection details inside the booking. Do not hand over cash, identity documents or a high-value item to someone who cannot show the assigned booking.

Bykea responses to Partner reviews also direct account-specific cases to cs@bykea.com with the registered number and booking IDs.
Use the contact attached to the relevant official listing and include the exact error, app type, package name, booking ID, time and phone model. Send account information only through a private official channel.
