Account registration usually works like this:

1. Open Pak Identity.
2. Select the account-registration option.
3. Enter the requested contact and identity information carefully.
4. Verify your email address or mobile number when prompted.
5. Complete biometric or facial verification.
6. Create a strong password that you do not use on another website.

Pak Identity face or live-photo verification not working

For live-photo capture:

• Use a plain background where possible.
• Keep your full face inside the on-screen frame.
• Remove sunglasses, masks and anything covering important facial features.
• Avoid beauty filters, portrait effects and third-party camera overlays.
• Keep the camera at eye level.
• Use natural facial posture and follow movement instructions exactly.
• Allow Pak Identity to access the camera when Android asks.

Pak Identity OTP not received

An OTP may arrive late if the mobile network is busy. It can also go to the wrong number or an email spam folder. Requesting several codes in a row makes the problem worse because a newer code can replace an older one.

Check the following:

• Confirm that the phone number or email address is entered correctly.
• Check the spam and promotions folders in your email.
• Make sure the SIM can receive normal SMS messages.
• Turn airplane mode on and off to reconnect to the mobile network.
• Wait before requesting another OTP; repeated requests can invalidate an earlier code.
• Use the newest OTP received, not an older message.
